The Malom Project is a design studio operating at the intersection of circular design and fine art. The studio focuses on product development while reinterpreting the recycling of plastic and natural materials. Through its experiments, the creations hold not only aesthetic value but also reflect the principles of sustainability and circularity. The project aims to merge design, art, and social responsibility, shaping a holistic and consciously designed future.

This year, we were able to hold two furniture-building classes using our joinery made of recycled plastic, one in Creascola Primary, where the students could design their own smaller-scale furniture, and the other in the Avicenna International High School, where we made a larger-scale stand together. The session was preceded by a workshop tour, where the students could try out our plastic recycling machines.
